I am a Clinical Psychologist who has been in part-time private practice since 2009. Following the completion of my Master’s training in Clinical Psychology, I completed my internship and community service at Sterkfontein Psychiatric Hospital, where I gained extensive experience working with both adolescents and adults, as well as in the field of forensic psychology.
In 2017, I completed a PhD with a specialised focus on care and contact (custody) evaluations within the South African context. I am currently further advancing my expertise through a second coursework-based PhD, specialising in child and adolescent psychology. I am also an advanced candidate in Jungian Sandplay Therapy in the South African Sandplay Society, working towards international accreditation.
My therapeutic approach is tailored to the unique needs and contexts of each client, drawing on evidence-based psychological approaches to provide ethical, and effective care. I value creating a safe and collaborative therapeutic space where clients can explore challenges, develop insight, and work toward meaningful and sustainable change.
